✅ Return Eligibility
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.
Returns are not accepted for customized, final-sale, or promotional items.

Items with damage, stains, or strong odors
Clearance or promotional items
📩 How to Request a Return
Email us at support@maobaostore.com with your order number and reason.
Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.
💵 Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item if needed.
